Sam Crowley

Samantha (Sam) Crowley Is the proud mother of four. She maintains exercise That is healthy for your body and mind and much cheaper than therapy.

Sam has always made exercise classes a priority and has participated and loved many different types. In the summer of 2012, she decided to combine elements from her favorite classes and create a fitness program that is time-efficient, challenging, energetic and fun and has loved every minute of teaching the class. For four years she managed the trampoline fitness program at Skyzone where she created and taught a trampoline HIIT class.

Sam is certified in Group Fitness by the American Fitness and Aerobic Association, Level One Body Shred, TRX Functional Training, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Myofascial Release, SUP Yoga, Beginner SUP (including deep water rescue) and in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
